If you purchase the optional warranty and your vehicle you purchased has a mechanical breakdown within 48 hours after purchase due to failure of a component that is a covered item under the Covenant Car Care Warranty, Car Circus, Inc. guarantees it will provide one of the following options:

(A) Exchange your vehicle for another in stock of the same price or a lesser price.
(B) Refund all of the money you paid towards the original purchase.
(C) Repair, at no cost to you, any mechanical defect that is covered by the Covenant       Car Care Warranty.
